Airtel Postpaid mobile service
Payment refund issue

Dear Sir,

I'am Amitabh Maity using Airtel postpaid number-9818970118.Issue is about my

dec bill issue which was paid cash, But according to airtel they say that your

amount Rs424 was reversed on 6th March in my citi bank cred card account

without any information, Now i've confirmed and checked this with citi bank no

such payment was recieved till date. Few day's ago my outgoing was barred for few

hour's. Right now i have no due's with airtel still they are troubling by sending SMS

of pay your mobile bill of Rs424.

This is way i'm being harresed by Airtel postpaid.
