Disgusting service, Good braker of Consumer right

I am Satwik Malay Bose, I have some Airtel No : 9810018976, 9810080476, 9810030476, 9810097989

9810005424, 9810005450.

Last 12 year i am with airtel, but i always relise that, this service provider has not any certain motto,

only one principle: PAY BILL THEN TALKING ABOUT SERVICE.

I am very good example for that conclusion, I relise airtel react just Md. Bin Tughlak

last two year constantly complaint againt signal, call drop, sound clarity, no signal problems on indoor & basement also oftenly not reachable tone.

I complaint 10000 times for my service, no one can treat me as a consumer (customer care)

by the by no airtel personnel asked me for real service, but always asked for payment, every day minimum 10 to 15 calls also disturbing at my home even in office time (service person do not available at home in office period)

ultimately I stoped my all payment for service, ialways demand my service, because i am post paid consumer already paid in advance mode with service tax & education cess,

Alas! last day stop my no without any prior notice the no are : 9810018976, 9810080476 & 9810005424 (rest no already in permanant disconnection form dated December'08

My query: airtel always says in basement & room (brick & concreate both) they do not assure service,

but why they does give sdetrails in written to consumer, if Reliance & other service provider gives service in same topography why not for airtel, if they does not provide properly service why should they allow to increase my airtel connection day by day from no-1 to no 6 individual connection-- only for income purpose,

2. why does Airtel stop my no? only for payment or any more? every 15 days airtel stop my no without any intimation,

As a consumer i am very unhappy last 2 year, this year also try to same,

If anything positively done by you then good, otherwise I will defenately goes higher authority for real justice from all comsumer being
