Excess billing, Plan does not change

I am using a Airtel No.9815008696 from last 4-5 years in punjab.

My Father was using another no.9872828696 . airtel offer us a less monthly rent & less calling rate on this no.but instead of this they charged Rs.374 rent & call rate was 1.75 & 1.99. when i call customer care for changing the rent plan & call rate but they does not change the rent & call rate.they promise me that ur next bill will be ok with new rent plan & call rate.but they did not change the rent plan & call rate in next bill & send a huge bill of Rs.1976 97 & subsiquently bill reached @ 3600 aprox.

But it was not enough they barred my outgoing. when i approached again customer care there was no one who can listen me carefully & can solve my problem.
