Call Drop

Sir,

I have post paid connection of cell service provided by you. Since 6th June i am facing problem of call drop specially when I am at home. I lodged complaints at customer service many a time but till date no improvement has been observed. I am sorry to inform you that in case problem is not solved within next 48 hours, I shall be left with no any alternate then to surrender the SIM and go for any alternate service. Please look in to it and revert back.
