Poor network and cut the call while talking

I am devang joshi.using one the poorest coverage and poorest service provided sim card of airtel.inspite of so many complains still no any kind of solutation and reply.i can not understand either they no understanding language or not to take any step intenstly.so requesting to you solve the problem of poor network coverage and during talk automaticaly cut down the calls.need some improvement on that.if possible.hope you can understand.god help him.want your reply.
