Complaint of phone no. 9893591997, 9893592060

I have two telular phone connection (9893591997, 9893592060), both phne out of order since 4 month.i have complaint 3 or 4 times in previous four months i also complaint mr. Sandeep at center point bhopal (airtel office) but my phone not repaire up to till date.

Kindly take nessesary action.
