Airtel postpaid with GPRS connection

I got a postpaid connection no. 9560183131 alongwith GPRS connection on 04.09-09, Since than I am struglling for GPRS activation and necessary settings for my handset and laptop. I have called cutomercare atleast 20 times. Every time I got some reply but all in vain.
