Non-activation after 48hrs of doc-submission-reg

Dear sir,

sub: non-activation of sim: reg

I have purchased your

sim no:8991940000181226748 and

sl.no: A1920062810604

mobile no: 9791304114

pack Code: mthof pkg_12/07

the sim was purchased on 25-01 at about

10.00am and it was promised to activate on or before 17.00hrs and till date 19.35 26-01 the same was not activated.

I have submitted my pan card for my identification

proof and family ration card for address proof.

Mr. Rahuman mobile no9894864600 the incharge of Airtel is informing that he will not

activate the same and will destroy my document also.

please let us know the outcome
