AIRTEL PREE-PAID NUMBER
SMS not going

From my recently taken pree-paid connection of AIRTEL (Maharashtra circle-Vasai) am not able to send sny SMS, where as I am able to make/receive voice calls.

Many times, I have complained this to the customer care of AIRTEL, but unfortunately no actions have been taken for this. The text message service no. is correctly put as 919860362942.

Pls do the need full for me IMMEDIATELY
