Airtel prepaid account
Eduction of rs 50 from my account

Sir,

I have a prpaid connection in Airtel network. My phone no is 9994586833.L On 10/09 I received a service message stating to see some wall paper in the phone. When I clicked that immediately I got a message that: thanks for using airtel live and rs 50 has been deducted from my acccount in which I have not downloaded anything. When I contacted the custome care they said it will be like that only, on clicking the ink itself the money will be deducted:.But it seems a kind of cheating the prepaid customers. Kidly help me in this regard.
