Top up not done

I had done top up of Rs 100/- through netbanking (ICICI Bank) to my collegues Airtel No. 9892135416.The amount has been deducted from my A/c but not yet transfered to his number. I had contact to the customer care & gave them the Transaction ID but they were saying that they have not received the money.

If they have not received the money & the same has been deducted from my A/c then where the money has gone? If Airtel donot have advanced techniques to help the customers to do the transaction hassel free then why they have opted this facility?
