Poor service

Dear all,

i am a great fan of Airtel. I have bought my sim 6 months ago. now i have activated hello tune in my number (9741672713) before 4 days... still now, no service is activated but 55 rupees has been charged.. I have called nearly 8 - 10 times but there is no response from any of the customer service representative. so i need the service to be activated as soon as possible. If not possible just refund the amount...
