I am a Poor customer of your great Air tel which did not resolve my problem of unsubscrbtion of SMS/Friendship message/Thought of the day/Greeting which I have subscribed long back. But to my surprise I was charged with RS 99 towards vaspak and 30 rs towards music ondemand which i did not ever subscribe you people are doing business on peoples ignorance and your staff at Nanded Air tel office is not interested in solving problems of prepaid customers Your Hot line is not functioning in Nanded Office Pl stop using these cheap taktis of business to retain customers for long
