NDNC Registered still receiving Calls

Hi,

I have registered in NDNC on 10 Aug & my registration number is S1005714724. but still i am receiving calls & sms. i received 2 consecutive call from DEUTSCHE BANK Number is 08042823232. on 2 dec. Kindly do the needful for the same.
