Very Less Talk Time

My son's prepaid located at Chennai was recharged by me at Devlali (Maharashtra) due to certain emergencies through easy recharge for Rs 333/-, but the talk time given was Rs 171.37 vide transaction ID No 114885510 dated 14.12.08 at 5.55 PM. Tele No is 9789837792. This is high time the cellular operator should put his house in order and give full talk time immediately. This may invite legal action if necessary.
