Didn't receive message

Hai .am in dubai i was ativate international roaming facility on my airtel prepaid.my mobile number is 9994265543.Successfully am rceving Messages from my friends. Past three days am not receiving any messages. I dont know whats the problem. I dont know how to check my balance and i don know how to contact cusomer care. Can u Check the details for me.and solution for that. My mobile is in roaming and receiving company off messages only. If balance is low tell me i l topup through EC through my friend.
