my contact no is 9766063639. i m trying to form my friend group from last 10 days but i m unable to it on *110# every time i got the message like APPLICATION DOWN or PLEASE TRY AFTER SOME TIME 0r YOU R NOT MEMBER OF THE GROUP or PLZ CONTACT U CUSTOMER CARE. i contact the customer care from last 2 days but no buddy helps me, i got ans from customer care is system is down or directly cuts my call. if u r not able to maintain your system then plz turn them down permanently b'cz u customer care never helps us.

plz give me correct ans to form my group
