Airtel Prepaid
Submitting application for lost mibile

Rekha H here... I had lost my cell and hence wanted to block my sim. I called up customer cre and to my shock i see that there is no way that u can block a prepaid airtel!!! disgusting. To my anger it also fuled that the people there themselves dont have any clarity as to the procedure for filing a complaint even if it was possible. Then i tried calling enquiry or greiviences to the customer care, no the reply came: some time that no does not exists, some time caLL recieved but when i am choosing option 9 for talk to customer care executive the call disconnect or reply comes check the number you had dialed. I really dot know what is it? There is no way to block a sim?
