Wrong ballance diduction

I am Pradeep kumar. I am setesfied with airtel ser but one my friend SHASHI KUMAR is suffered from a service of airtel nemed "STARDUST " pack. When i call to the cus. care they donot deact. this service and & ballance not return. The customer care executive name was Mr. ASHOK.He told me that he can not deact this ser from his side & ballance will not give back. And this ser act by cus care side. I am requesting to airtel that refund my friend's ballance and deact this ser. And take possible steps regarding Mr. ASHOK.my friend mob no.is 9729931344.
