Wrong scheme given to me

My name is shivani mahajan using mobile no. 09872439501. i told your agent to recharge my mobile for 500/- near samrala chowk, ludhiana on 04/01/09 about 11:00 am. Without asking my intention he gave me scheme of some 150 min. free airtel to airtel and 1/- balance. He didn't tell me about the scheme before recharging. My Trans ID is 717880344. I was expecting balance of 450/- in my mobile but i was shocked to see that i got only one ruppee. After he misbehaved with me. Before recharging your agent should tell about the schemes. Now tell me what should i do with your Airtel to airtel free min. scheme when i have to call on other company's mobile?
