Hello Tunes

I am living in jharkhand and using no 9934340217 since last two years.. I have never applied for Hello Tunes Activation. Since last one month a stupid local folk song of Jharkhand has been set on my mobile no. automatically which is actually very cheap. Despite of talking to customer care for so many times, the Hello Tune has not been removed and I was charged for the same. I am a dignified person in the education industry and this kind of cheap Hello tune is spoiling my standards.

So, I am finally lodging a compliant here and if it doesnt work, I will refer this matter to Consumer Forum without any further delay.
