Airtel seems to have resorted to making money by deducting Rs 10 for services not activated by the customers. searching in this forum of the TextBasedServices subscription service on airtel WAP. You’ve been charged Rs.10 Enjoy http://m.igfun.com.

Airtel needs to understand the gravity of the situation and act immediately. The customer support is also not supportive.

I have called the support twice and even recieved a ref # 11422117800 for the complaint. When I called again, this number had no information of the problem. Moreover the agent kept the call after mentioning standard procedure of closing call {thank u for calling airtel}

Calls to the Nodal officer and the Appelleate officer are also never picked.

All in ALL Airtel is taking the Indian Customers for a Ride and making money.
