Airtel pre-paid
Last two days not getting connection in my mobiiiile no.9748710589 from othr mobiles

I, amitava nayak is having air tel pre-paid connection since feb with 01 yr free incming call, validity of which has not yet expired. but during last 02 days whenever i want to contact thr my said mobile from other mobiles i am replied" this is not a valid number ".

pleae explain me the reasons and set it right forthwith so that am not compelled to ask queries under RTIAct 2005.
