Airtel Prepaid
Frustration

I bought an Airtel prepaid sim in the month of July last year, i.e. Without me doing anything, I was subscribed to the laughter club pack. Now I am charged Re 1 every few days. My main complaint is about the frustratration caused to me due to the extrreme poor standard of the jokes messaged to me everyday. Reading such jokes everyday has caused me great loss of grey cells, patience and composure. I asked my vendor a way to unsubscribe it but they were of no help. I looked up the Airtel website but it too was of no use. So, i request to concerened authorities to look into the matter and take actions against the company and its service for causing me mental damage.
