Subscription based service on airtel wap

Since last 20 days rs.10/ message is being deducted 2-3 times per day. kindly deactivate the service n save me from incurring losses. i never applied for this service, without my knowledge and consent u illegally imposed it on me . i would further like to add that im entitled for compensation regarding the loss incurred by me, exclusively being fault on ur part. i shall be looking forward for ur action to my this complaint. also returned my deducted by u illegally.
