Airtel Prepaid
Deduction of Rs. 60/- everymonth

My mobile number is 9810882413. I am sorry to state that every month an amount of Rs 30/- towards ringtones, alert subscription service which i have not subscribed for. The sms came from no..64611030 and another Rs. 30/- was deducted towards RT Club. Every month the same thing is happening inspite of the fact that i have complained to your 121 number. which at the fag end the customer care is unattended. If I complain about the above facts, they will say hold it and rest of the day i have no response if i dial again. I have not subscribed to any of the services. Without my knowledge, I have been subscribed, This is to request to not to deduct further amount from me and to return all the money earlier deducted.
