Airtel pre paid
Wrong Process

Dear Sir/Madam,

My Airtel prepaid connection no. is 9910733970. The thing is that Airtel company deducate Rs46/- from my account balance on 30/1 for previous ie in Nov Airtel given scheme to me for 200 SMS in 46 Rupees but at that time in my account ballance had no money and after 2 month i recharge my mob. on 27/1 they deducate money form my account.

So, my request for SMS is too old and now I not want this scheme and want to refund my money.

Pl. guide me how i can refund my money for Airtel.

I also book complain against this and complain id is 2013022293200
