I m a user of airtel prepaid conection.

i m using gprs unlimeted data usage from my prepaid connection.but my gprs is not working properly.

i called customer care center for the Queries related to my dissatisfaction of the gprs.the call centre executive has not given me any proper answer to my Queries.and not a satisfaction assistance provided to me.as such a big name company is doing this to its users.and not providing any information related to the problem.my gprs gets disconnected every time from my mobile and from my pc.i want a satisfactory answer to my problem i m facing.my airtel number is 919602334346.a sim of jaipur (rajasthan)
