Airtel Prepaid
GPRS service

Dear Sir,

I am a prepaid coustmer of airtel with mobile number 9635893096 from asansole. I had activatated the GPRS it works in west bengal but when i go to jharkhand it dosnt work there. I have talked about the issue to the customer care several times and no action was done. Then i went to the local office of the Airtel in asansole and made a complaint there as suggested by the person i should have recieved a call from the techincal assistant but it never happened.

There is one more issue that if you dial the customer care for more than 2 times a day then this services would be bared for a month. I dont understand if you dont give service a person will call u and by no means the service providers should make a rule such as this one..
