Calls frm a no., abusing me

I have a airtel prepaid no. 9797390863 (jammu) n getting abusing calls frm a no. 9906223958, frm d past 1 week, n he s abusing like anything.pls help me... i suspect he can b a terriost also..or sum body ..may b using my sim no.by hacking like thing as he called up n calls end upto 20-30 mins... n messagning me bad (smss)... pls stop dat bastard.. as soon as possible
