Please DO NOT use AIRTEL . I got Airtel Prepaid few months ago. But I was surprised to see how a company of such repute cheat its customers. Airtel charges Rs. 1.50 for STD call for one minute. But what I have noticed that the amount deducted for a 1 minute STD call (exact) is Rs. 3.

I made an STD call. My phone showed call summary of exactly 1:00 minute. But I was deducted Rs. 3. It means for AIRTEL people 1 minute means 59 seconds. This was not once. I made a call for exactly 2 : 00 seconds and was charged Rs. 4.50 instead of 3.

This means its not a mistake or some technical miscalculation, but a gross BETRAYAL of customers trust.
