Abt balnce dedction for hollo tone

My no is 9096881469 i had not activate holllo tone my end but forcefuly holllo tone activate & my 10 balnce dedcted than i call on cust care that time his agent (serswati) told me that balnce dedct for same but i did not send any or not recived call frm airtel. but she did not listen anything i was ask for escalate case with your seniour persone but she told me that seniour told me we can't escalate case & also i ask nodal officeer contact no & than he dissconected call now i want to deactivate holllo tone & refund my 10 balnce. so needfully for me.
