Yet to be activated with my recharge

I had recharged of 175 RS/- on dated 28/04 at 04:54P.M. I received a message instantly mentioning that "recharge successful" Until now I have not received a single money in my account. What is this? What the fucking you are doing?

I am really frustrated with your service. Hundreds of friends suggested me not to purchase your service but I didn't hear them. Therefore I am ought to be punished. If this situation is not rectified by tomorrow. I will file a complaint against you in consumer forum. And we meet there.
