Huge unknown deduction

My airtel num is 9975105175 and since 30th Apr 09 30 30 15 5 1 Rs deducted from my acct . when i called call centre they are not agree . they never accept their fault!!! i sick of that services.

some services automatic activated on my mobile such as hello tune, GPRS, cricket pack, etc... plz help me!!! i gonna throw this airtel sim soon!!!
