Not getting my plan changed

Dear sir,

my mobile no. is 9960781418.

my friends plan has been changed to liftime incoming plan because of customer care service by providing wrong information about recharging options. i talked to customer care, but no action is taken from past 9 days... please look into the matter as soon as possible...
