Rejection of sim card

Dear Sir,

I am using your prepaid card in which I had activated lifetime service but day before yesterday my sim was rejected and I do not know the reason behind it. Sir I am a business man and this number (9955966394) was very important for me as it was distributer to many places.

Therefore, I heartly request you to do the needful on this issue. For this I shall be highly obliged to you.
