Call drops, network absent

Dear sir,

i am a customer of airtel mobile campus card no.9096746001 from sept. from last two three months network in akot (dist. akola, maharashtra) town goes down . when we make o/g calls it takes long time to connect other no. also ratio of call drops is about 60 to 70% daily. we are make several calls to same no. insted of single calls. also network coverage goes down 20 to 30 times in a days. ccc never replies satiafactorely. your network team does not respond properly
