Iam v.vinod from kerala, I have one airtel prepaid number, ie9633997360.its validity remaining till one year.but suddenly without any information from uyour side this mobile connection is disabled and can not make any call . its also have Rs. 15.32/-remaining.

so i need to solve this problem very fast because my all works pending.

take this as a serios complaint.

but in your costomercare i don't get any right information.
