Misuse my sim card

Dear Sir,

I am using my mobile sony ericson with airtel number 9944793981, since Aug. Unfortunately, My mobile stolen by somebody at Sabarimalai Temple. I registered my complaint at the same place police station on 14th April. And i return back to my home town i contact the airtel customer care on 18th april and told my problem they advised to disconect the outgoing call and apply for new duplicate sim card. I was apply new sim card on 20th april i got the sim card on 2nd may. But the sim card is till now not activate. Okey now i have new problem that is yesterday by mistake my brother made a call my Theft phone phone number suddenly somebody picked the phone call.

I have doubt and complaint to airtel customer care they told the sim card is not in your name. The number is using somebody, it is recyling process your sim is not in use in your name. I just argue lot with them but they told. The sim number is not yours. It is use for others he produce docs.

I want to ask some questions... How is it possible? Where was the mistake done?..I have the duplicate sim card the same number but airtel denied it is not my number... I have no. of evidence for my sim card... Ex. i have icici account and i noted my mobile number..and several place they contact regulary...

Please tell me some suggestion..And i found that my sim card is valid for life time incoming plan and valid for 300 talktime. How is it possible to recycle my sim without notify me..How can i face the problem?
