Recharge benefits are not getting

Sir I recharged my airtel prepaid (Maharashtra) with RS 43 on 9-06 . The benefits of offer was lifetime 10 paisa call rates for airtel to airtel. When I recharged the offer benefits were applied immediately. But at next day the offer was changed & we have told you will get lifetime friends service benefits. When I talked to customer care they told that there was a technical problem by which the offer changed.
