AIRTEL (PREPAID)
ACTIVATION OF SMS PACK WITHOUT MY DEMAND

My airtel prepaid number is 9871922160. On 31 March my balance was Rs. 132.84.On 01 April Rs.112.00 was deducted from my balance. On query about this deduction to customer care, I was being informed that a SMS pack of Rs. 112.00 had been activated on your phone (for which I didn't demand). I lodged a complain with the customer care (complaint i/d: 5552805; dtd: 01/04/09) and assured that the matter will be sorted out within a week. After not getting reply till 15/04/09, I again lodged a complain ((complaint i/d: 280500;). Like this I had been repeatedly assured for the refunding of the money and the solution of the problem for one & half month but never sorted out, however i didn't use the offer for the valid period of one month from the date of activation. like this I had been harassed and didn't get my money back also. Therefore I request you to look into the matter and do the needfull.
