Regarding my airtel

I have been recently tranfered to Bhopal from hyderabad as iam working for an MNC company. As i have to find out accomidation for myself iam looking forward for it and as i want to take an airtel mobile connection i have asked tjhe dealer he has told me that i should have a proper residence proof to obtain an post paid connection and i have if i could get a prepaid one, he said yes and gave me aprepaid connection taking a copy of pan card and my driving license, and on the 14th of this month both incomming and outgoing have been disconnected as i have approached the dealer he was telling me that i cannot do anything it's all upto airtel company was telling me that you might have asked for disconnecting, iam a fool to break up connection, so what should i do now to get back my connection.
