Airtel Prepaid
They Cancled My Numbe

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had an airtel life time prepaid card i was using it for few years from last year i stopped using it and now suddenly i noticed that my number has been issued it to some one else i called the customer care number so they said u have to recharge your number every 6 months which i didnt so they cancled the number and sold it to some one else but wen i bought the number i was been told that if u dont recharge ur number ur outgoing will be stopped but number wont get cancled till 28 years i went to tata & bsnl they said same what should i do as i paid 1000/- rs for my lifetime number please help me can i get new number or money back (i know they wont refund but still)??
