Deducting balance without notification

May I know that what’s the problem with your database. Its for the second time happening with me. Without my consent you people have again activated caller tune on my number and deducted it monthly charges from my prepaid account.

Last month also the same thing happened and I discontinued the caller tune from my side but as you people assured the balance did’nt came back.

On 27 October 07 at 15:11:28 I received a msg that I must recharge my mobile to continue my Hello Tune Subscription.

On 30 October 07 at 16:31:05 I receieved a msg that my Hello Tune monthly rental has been updated and the balance is deducted.

This time I want my money back else this time I’m going to switch Airtel and I will not keep it in my office also. I’m fed up of your service.

I am using 2 land line numbers with broad band connection
