Customer Care is not finding a solution to the problem- Offer not attaining after Recharge succesful.message has been shown

Sir,
My Airtel prepaid Customer No: 9895555321 .I am using the same number for the past few years.
For the last 1 year I am regularly using the 79 offer (ISD offer) & I am getting the benefits as been found the offer regularly send by airtel to us.
Also all the near 5 members of our family are using the airtel connection & found happy with the offers. But last month I had a complaint with this number & for the past 15 days I am complaining your customer Care. Daily they are giving promises; like surely by 5pm your fault will be solved, 2 working days & 10 am etc.
I found those calls in vain, as they might have afraid responding to recorded calls.
They are saying mere excuses.
My complaint was that; On 30 th June; by 10.58 am I recharged with 79rs. I got the message as Recharge successful. Transaction Id: 470544619.
But we are not able to get any benefits of the offer. As call charges are high as regular call rate
On july 2nd I talked with CC executive. Your ref: 0702166136
On july 3rd I contacted CC executive. Your ref: 0703191963
On july 8th again I contacted with CC executive. Your ref: 0708082669
On july 10th Your ref: 0710157949
On july 13th & finally I talked with CC executive. Your ref: 0713045353
They said we might have gone for anyother call reducing offers. Thats not true.
As with ISD call rate reducing scheme of 79rs, local mobile airtel calls are reduced.
so we wont go for anyother call; reducing schemes.
Please find a solution, being a regular customer of yours.
Also we lost nearly half a moth. of the offer period.
So we request you to make the activation done by the nearest day & we should attain 1 month from that day, otherwise there is no use in contacting this much times.
We believe that you will check into this matter seriously & make necessary steps to solve this problem.
