Lost Mobile

I have a prepaid connection with Airtel (bearing no. 9901966906). I have been trying to register the complaint to de-activate my SIM Card IMMEDIATELY. I have lost my mobile today and to avoid misuse of my SIM card by anti-social elements, i have been trying the customer care numbers but without any success. The system is so ridiculous that you can't have everything computerised. It just keeps on giving long messages/instructions without actually connecting to the concerned person.
