Taken recharge, paid to retailer, got recharge successful sms, but did not get talktime

Took recharge Rs 149 (132 Talktime)

got sms from airtel "Rcharge successful- MRP-149, talktime-00"

4 days have gone but not getting talktime, whenever callling to airtel, they are telling within 24 hrs it will be resolved. but its almost more than 92 hrs.

i called 12 times, but no response
