Add-on service status

I (9994704247) Airtel prepaid customer. My Relative (9789365367) also Airtel prepaid customer. We both made activated add-on service last month. Eventhough service is activated they (Airtel) have taken normal charges only. I have complained about this 3 times (7 Oct, 14 Oct, 30 Oct). When ever i called to them they told "sorry for inconvenience and This problem would be rectified within 24 hr". But still date the problem was not rectified. Is this trusted service? or Am I fool to call to them these many times about same problem?

Are they reliable/efficient service providers?

The Status was saying that add-on service is active. Can Airtel rectify the problem and give back money? otherwise I will switch to other service provider.
