Deactivate IGMOBILE

Due to error of which i am unaware, igmobile text subscription facility has been activated and its charging me 20 rs a week. I do not want this service and there is no option on the phone through which i can De-activate this. I have asked the consumer court and they said that i have to send a complaint to Airtel Officers regarding this and get a statement of negative from you to proceed with the complaint. I honestly request you to de-activate this immediately or issue a statement that you cannot do so, so that i can go ahead with the consumer court procedure. My number is 9901337856. Bangalore is the place where i live.
