BAD NETWORK AND LACK OF SERVICE ASSISTENCE

Dear concerned,
i am a airtel prepaid user from last 3yrs.. i have not been dissapointed by service of airtel this long.
but recently few problems have started to crop up ie:
1) bad network (i think they should increse their towers for proper reception)
2) distribution of my no to various irritating companies for schemes and offers (customer number should not be given to any one for schems and various other irritating database collectors)
3) very dissappointing feedback from the customer care executives.(customer care executives talk rubbish and lack knowledge on persisting problems .they speak like robots programmed to say only those things which they are taught. )
i guess something must be done on this regard as airtel is big name ..and lot fo customres rely on it.
The whole reputation of the company has gone down due to above stated problems..and top mostly Airtel should think that they are not the only players in the market ..people can change their mind.
